Job summary

Maximus' Learning and Organizational Development team is seeking a Sr. Specialist, AI & Technical Upskilling (remote) to design scalable learning solutions that help employees build AI and technical skills and apply learning to real work.

You will translate needs into learning pathways, collaborate with HR, technology teams, vendors, and leaders, and continuously improve the LMS-enabled programs with measurements and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development and LMS administration.
• Five+ years in Corporate L&D and CSOD experience.
• Ability to interact with senior leaders and translate performance gaps into learning strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and continuously improve enterprise AI and technical upskilling programs.
• Create storyboards for eLearning, ILT, virtual, and blended formats.
• Develop learning pathways, job aids, facilitator guides, and reinforcement resources.
• Use LMS data and analytics to evaluate participation and outcomes and drive program improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date learning materials as tools and needs evolve.
