Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Sr. Specialist for AI & Technical Upskilling to design, develop, and scale enterprise learning programs. This remote role focuses on AI literacy, responsible AI, role-based technical learning, and practical applications, aligned with business priorities.

You will translate complex AI topics into engaging content, build learning pathways, and collaborate with HRIS, LMS admins, and leaders to drive adoption and measurable impact. Familiarity with CSOD and AI concepts is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience required.
• 5+ years in L&D and LMS administration; CSOD preferred.
• 3+ years supporting a global/complex CSOD instance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement learning assets with the Training Operations Team.
• Use training tech to provide scalable learning solutions.
• Support LMS strategy development and measurement for the organization.
• Assist LMS audits and maintain related documentation.
• Collaborate with HRIS on LMS updates and configurations.
• Onboard and coordinate learning tech vendors and tools.
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to deliver learning solutions.
