Maximus is seeking a Sr. Specialist, AI & Technical Upskilling to help build AI and technical skills for a rapidly evolving workforce. This remote role partners with stakeholders to translate needs into learning pathways, measurable outcomes, and scalable learning assets across the organization.

The role designs AI literacy, responsible AI use, role-based technical learning, and applied learning experiences, while supporting LMS governance and adoption.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development.
• 5+ years supporting a global/complex LMS (CSOD preferred).
• Experience solving complex issues with strong business impact.
• Ability to engage with senior leaders and translate performance gaps into learning strategies.
• 5+ years in corporate learning, instructional design, or related fields.
• Experience designing technical training and certification strategies for technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Execute development and implementation of learning assets with Training Operations.
• Use training tech to provide scalable training solutions.
• Develop and support LMS strategy and measurement.
• Support LMS system audits and updates with HRIS.
• Create processes for learning solutions and operating procedures.
• Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to translate needs into learning experiences.
• Define LMS roles and permissions; support system configuration and admin training.
