Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Counsel, AI & Legal Technology to advise on AI, product development and legal tech. You will lead enterprise AI- and software-related legal matters, negotiating terms and guiding strategy with product and marketing teams.

You will partner across Engineering, Product, Partner, Customer Success and Strategy to enable growth, manage risk, and drive scalable legal processes supporting Relativity’s innovative platform and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

JD degree from an accredited law school.
Active bar membership in good standing in the United States.
Experience with AI regulatory landscape and technology transactions is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the lead legal representative for enterprise AI, product development, marketing and legal technology.
Provide strategic legal advice on commercial, operational and regulatory issues.
Engage with customers, ensuring they feel listened to and heard, and deliver.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Partner and Strategy teams.
Improve processes, documentation, and contract language to enhance efficiency and align with business needs.
Leverage AI legal technology tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.
