Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of product management experience shipping software used by clinical or frontline users.
• Experience in healthcare industry and/or large, matrixed organiz.,n
• Experience shipping AI/ML features to production and measuring impact.
• Experience shipping products with engineering teams inside and beyond own team.
• Experience using AI tools in work today and building/ran agent or LLM tool.
• Senior individual contributor with end-to-end ownership of hard problems.
• Proficiency with GitHub and AI coding/agent tools; executive-level communication.
