UnitedHealth Group is seeking a VP of Product, AI & Product Office to drive enterprise AI-enabled product strategy across Optum Health. This leader will partner with care teams, finance, data, and governance to ship AI-enabled solutions that improve patient care and care delivery at scale.

The role requires deep product management expertise, healthcare industry experience, and a track record of delivering AI features to production.

Qualifikationen

10+ years of product management experience, including senior product roles.
10+ years of experience in the healthcare industry and/or within a large, complex, matrixed organization.
Proven track record shipping AI, machine learning or large language model features to production.
Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships at all levels of the organization and lead toward shared goals.
Exceptional communication skills, including executive-level writing and oral communication.
Experience using AI tools in your work.

Define problem statements with local market teams and establish the smallest viable product version.
Own the roadmap and backlog for your products and justify decisions with clear reasoning.
Build prototypes and analyze AI coding and agent tools to improve solutions.
