This is a remote leadership role with travel; the company prioritizes candidates near major hubs and across the U.S. Top-tier strategy consulting with applied AI experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Background blending top-tier strategy consulting with recent hands-on experience in an applied AI or startup environment.
• Track record of transforming enterprise operations with AI and automation within the last two years.
• Understanding of modern business operations and workflows across multiple functional areas.

Responsibilities

• Helping to define EPAM's GTM strategy for transformation programs focused on establishing AI-native business operating models.
• Partnering with sales and presales teams to craft compelling value propositions and shape opportunities.
• Representing EPAM externally at industry events and client roundtables to elevate market position.
• Collaborate with and lead teams to deliver tangible business value to clients.
