Job summary

Norstella is seeking a Senior Product Security Engineer, AI ML, to lead multi‑product security efforts and mentor the Forge engineering team. You’ll secure the autonomous agent chain from platform to prompts, embedding guardrails across the SDLC to meet regulatory standards.

You’ll guide threat modeling, vulnerability triage, and AI/ML governance while coordinating incident response and cloud security across multiple teams and environments.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; security certs a plus.
• 4+ years in multi-product security; AI/ML security in production preferred.
• Strong SDLC risk management and secure design experience.
• Proficient in enterprise vulnerability management and automation.
• Experience securing CI/CD, multi-cloud, containerized runtimes; audit trails.
• Hands-on with LLM-powered apps; prompt/tool security expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead threat modeling across complex architectures and agent networks.
• Drive secure development training and standards for AI-assisted coding workflows.
• Oversee vulnerability management and set triage priorities.
• Own AI/ML supply chain security and governance across products.
• Ensure auditability of agent runs for SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, FDA compliance.
• Lead incident response for cross-product security events.
