Job summary

Norstella seeks a Senior Product Security Engineer to lead multi-product security efforts for its AI/ML platforms, Forge and Sage. You will mentor engineers, coordinate incident response, and embed security into the autonomous SDLC.

You will drive threat modeling, vulnerability management, and CI/CD security across AWS/GCP/Azure, ensuring HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2 readiness, and regulator-ready audit trails for AI-generated code and agent outputs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree; CISSP/OSWE preferred.
• 4+ years leading multi-product security programs.
• Strong SDLC risk management and mentoring.
• Experience securing AI/LLM-powered systems in production.
• Familiar with CI/CD security and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead threat modeling across complex architectures and mentor teams.
• Drive secure development training and update standards.
• Oversee vulnerability management and set triage priorities.
• Own AI/ML supply chain risk assessments and API governance.
• Ensure audit trails and compliance across SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR.
