Job summary

Norstella seeks a senior security engineering leader to drive multi-product security across the Forge platform and Sage KB ecosystem, embedding guardrails into the autonomous SDLC and ensuring HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.

You will mentor engineers, shape threat modeling, oversee incident response, and coordinate security across CI/CD, cloud deployments, and AI/ML components, partnering with the Agentic Engineering teams to make auditable, secure prod-ready code.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• CISSP, OSWE or cloud security certifications preferred.
• Experience across AI/ML or LLM-powered systems in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead threat modeling across complex architectures and AI/LLM pipelines.
• Drive secure development training and establish SDLC guardrails.
• Oversee vulnerability management and triage for multiple products.
