Job summary

WCG is seeking an AI Enablement & Governance Manager to drive creation, adoption, and governance of internal AI agents across the enterprise. You will own the Agent Registry, define risk tiering, and establish standardized agent workflows to ensure secure and scalable AI automation.

Partner with engineering, product, compliance, and business teams to operationalize AI-driven workflows at scale. You will collaborate with compliance and risk to ensure regulatory and data protection requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology, automation, AI, or digital transformation roles.
• Hands‑on experience with one or more agentic platforms or AI frameworks.
• Experience designing and governing workflow automation using AI agents or orchestration tools.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and multi‑step workflow design.
• Experience implementing governance models, risk classification frameworks, or compliance controls.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and enterprise system connectivity.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, business, and compliance stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on measurable outcomes and risk‑aware delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy internal AI agents leveraging a range of agentic platforms.
• Own and maintain the enterprise Agent Registry, including metadata and audit traceability.
• Define and implement enterprise risk tiering for AI agents based on data sensitivity and impact.
• Establish and enforce governance frameworks for agent development and monitoring.
• Develop and standardize approved agentic workflow patterns and escalation paths.
• Prevent uncontrolled proliferation of AI agents through standardization and registry enforcement.
• Drive enterprise adoption of AI agents for workflow automation across units.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact automation use cases across processes.
• Establish standards for prompt engineering, orchestration, and integration.
