Job summary

WCG is seeking an AI Enablement & Governance Manager, an individual contributor responsible for creating, adopting, and governing internal AI agents across the enterprise. You will own the enterprise Agent Registry, define risk tiering, and establish standardized workflows to ensure secure, compliant AI automation at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technology, automation, AI, or digital transformation roles.
• Hands-on experience with agentic platforms or AI frameworks.
• Experience designing and governing workflow automation using AI agents or orchestration tools.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and multi-step workflow design.
• Experience implementing governance models, risk classification frameworks, or compliance controls.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and enterprise system connectivity.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, business, and compliance stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on measurable outcomes and risk-aware delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy internal AI agents leveraging various platforms.
• Own and maintain the enterprise Agent Registry with metadata and auditability.
• Define enterprise risk tiering for AI agents based on data sensitivity and impact.
• Establish and enforce governance frameworks for agent lifecycle.
• Develop standardized agentic workflow patterns (HIT, approvals, escalation, logging).
• Prevent uncontrolled proliferation of AI agents through standardization.
• Drive enterprise adoption of AI agents for workflow automation.
• Identify and implement high-impact automation use cases.
• Establish standards for prompt engineering, orchestration, and integration.
• Monitor performance, risk posture, and adoption; optimize value.
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate agents with enterprise systems.
• Work with compliance, legal, and risk teams to ensure regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate and onboard new agentic platforms and capabilities.
• Enable business users through training and documentation.
• Promote AI-first governance practices across the organization.
