Job summary

WCG is hiring an AI Enablement & Governance Manager to lead the creation, adoption, and governance of internal AI agents across the enterprise. This role owns the enterprise Agent Registry, defines risk tiering models, and establishes standardized agent workflows to ensure secure, scalable AI automation.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, compliance, and business teams to operationalize AI at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology, automation, AI, or digital transformation roles.
• Hands‑on with agentic platforms or AI frameworks.
• Experience designing and governing workflow automation using AI agents or orchestration tools.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and agent orchestration.
• Experience implementing governance models and compliance controls.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy internal AI agents across multiple platforms.
• Own enterprise Agent Registry, metadata, usage metrics, and auditability.
• Define enterprise risk tiering for AI agents based on data sensitivity and impact.
• Establish governance frameworks for development, deployment, monitoring, and retirement of agents.
• Develop standardized agentic workflow patterns and ensure secure, compliant automation.
• Drive adoption of AI agents across business units and prioritize high‑impact use cases.
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate agents with enterprise systems and data sources.
• Provide training and support to enable safe AI adoption across the organization.
