Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking an AI Enablement & Governance Manager to drive creation, adoption, and governance of internal AI agents across the enterprise.

This role owns the enterprise Agent Registry, defines risk tiers, and standardizes agent workflows to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable AI-driven automation. The position partners with engineering, product, compliance, and business teams to operationalize AI-driven workflows at scale and to promote governance, training, and safe

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in technology, automation, AI, or digital transformation roles.
• Hands-on experience with agentic platforms or AI frameworks.
• Experience designing and governing workflow automation using AI agents.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and multi-step workflow design.
• Experience implementing governance models or compliance controls.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy internal AI agents leveraging a range of agentic platforms.
• Own and maintain the enterprise Agent Registry, including metadata and audit traceability.
• Define enterprise risk tiering for AI agents based on data sensitivity and business impact.
• Establish and enforce governance frameworks for agent development and deployment.
• Develop standardized agentic workflow patterns (human-in-the-loop, approvals, escalation, logging).
• Drive enterprise adoption of AI agents for workflow automation across units.
• Identify and implement high-impact automation use cases across processes.
• Monitor performance, risk posture, and adoption; optimize for value.
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate agents with enterprise systems and data sources.
