WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking an AI Enablement & Governance Manager to lead creation, adoption, and governance of internal AI agents across the enterprise. You will own the Agent Registry, define risk tiering, and establish standardized agent workflow patterns for secure, compliant automation.

You will partner with engineering, product, compliance, and business teams to operationalize AI-driven workflow automation at scale across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology, automation, AI, or digital transformation.
• Hands‑on experience with agentic platforms or AI frameworks.
• Experience designing and governing AI workflow automation.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and orchestration.
• Familiarity with APIs and enterprise system connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy internal AI agents across enterprise platforms.
• Own the enterprise Agent Registry with metadata and audit traceability.
• Define enterprise risk tiering for AI agents based on data sensitivity and impact.
• Establish governance for agent development, deployment, monitoring and retirement.
• Develop standardized agentic workflow patterns and prevent proliferation of agents.
• Drive enterprise adoption of AI agents for workflow automation across units.
• Identify and implement high-impact automation use cases across processes.
• Provide training and documentation to enable safe AI adoption.
