Job summary

WCG is seeking an AI Enablement & Governance Manager to drive creation, adoption, and governance of internal AI agents across the enterprise. This role leads the enterprise Agent Registry, defines risk tiering models, and establishes standardized agent workflow patterns to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable AI-driven automation.

You will partner with engineering, product, compliance, and business teams to operationalize AI-driven automation at scale across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology, automation, AI, or digital transformation roles.
• Hands‑on experience with one or more agentic platforms or AI frameworks.
• Experience designing and governing workflow automation using AI agents or orchestration tools.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and multi‑step workflow design.
• Experience implementing governance models, risk classification frameworks, or compliance controls.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and enterprise system connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy internal AI agents leveraging various platforms.
• Own and maintain the enterprise Agent Registry with metadata and auditability.
• Define and implement enterprise risk tiering for AI agents.
• Establish and enforce governance frameworks for agent development and deployment.
• Develop standardized agentic workflow patterns and escalation pathways.
• Drive enterprise adoption of AI agents for workflow automation across units.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement high-impact automation use cases across processes.
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate agents with enterprise systems.
