Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Data Science experience.
• Strong background in predictive modeling, statistics and ML.
• Hands-on experience with Python or R.
• Proficient in SQL and handling large datasets.
• Generative AI/LLM experience required.
• Experience owning projects from concept to production.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Insurance or P&C domain experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build predictive models and ML solutions.
• Develop AI-powered applications using LLMs and Generative AI.
• Analyze large datasets to reveal business insights.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities.
• Present recommendations and drive adoption of analytical solutions.
