AIG PC Global Services, Inc. is seeking a senior Data Scientist to lead the architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise‑level Generative AI solutions.

You will drive end‑to‑end projects focusing on LLMs, NLP, and scalable data pipelines in an agile production setting. Collaborating with product managers and engineers, you will shepherd initiatives from conception through production, ensuring high quality, observability, and business impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience in a development environment.
• 6+ years in a data science role with NLP/ML in an agile production environment.
• 3+ years with open-source LLMs (Llama 3, Mixtral) including prompt engineering, inference optimisation and fine-tuning.
• 3+ years building GenAI solutions including RAG frameworks, validation pipelines, observability and monitoring.
• Proven delivery of multiple GenAI, analytical or ML projects from conception to production.
• Strong, expert-level Python and its data science ecosystem (PyTorch, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
• Master’s degree in data science, CS, or related quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and delivery of data science and generative AI solutions.
• Monitor production solutions for performance, reliability and accuracy.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and business leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure LLM efficacy and guide product roadmaps.
• Design scalable ML pipelines and RAG frameworks integrated with enterprise data.
