Job summary

AIG PC Global Services, Inc. is leading a new Generative AI team in Atlanta to explore enterprise NLP and ML solutions for insurance.

You will contribute to architecture, development, and delivery of impactful AI products and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale world-class solutions. The role requires 5+ years in data science with NLP/ML focus, strong Python expertise, and hands-on work with open-source LLMs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data science with emphasis on NLP and ML.
• Proven ability to deliver GenAI/ML projects from concept to production.
• Strong Python expertise and data science ecosystem experience.
• Hands-on with open-source LLMs (e.g., Llama3, Mixtral) and prompt engineering.
• Experience building GenAI solutions including RAG, validation, observability.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of data science and generative AI solutions aligned with business needs.
• Monitor production performance, reliability, and accuracy of deployed models.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure LLM efficacy and data quality for roadmaps.
• Design scalable ML pipelines and RAG frameworks integrated with enterprise data.
