Job summary

Photon is seeking an Agentic AI FDE to design and deliver production-grade AI/ML solutions remotely for global clients. The role emphasizes hands-on coding (Python), system design, and translating designs into working code across architectures.

You will work largely solo, implementing end-to-end AI/ML workflows with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, plus Pandas/NumPy for data handling, and deploy on Azure or AWS, with strong DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall experience with 6+ years in AI/ML architecture and development.
• Hands-on programming in Python with production-ready design and coding.
• Architecture and system-design experience; translate designs into working code 50-70% of the time.
• End-to-end AI/ML solution implementation using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML solutions end-to-end.
• Develop scalable ML/AI systems using APIs, microservices and event-driven patterns.
• Handle data preparation and integration into applications.
• Deploy and optimize AI workloads on cloud platforms.
