Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering with 2+ years building and shipping production AI systems.
• Strong Python skills, with Node.js or .NET a plus.
• Experience designing and operating context augmentation systems and privacy-aware architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own AI assistant layer end to end: architecture, standards, and service contracts.
• Integrate and manage LLM APIs and multi-agent systems.
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure quality, relevance, and safety.
