Guidehouse seeks a skilled Business/Systems Analyst to drive requirements, process analysis, and solution alignment for a large-scale platform modernization program. You will work with Federal stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements across agile teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration, documentation, backlog management, and ensuring alignment with architecture and governance while supporting incremental capability delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust prior to onboarding.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6–8 years of experience in business or systems analysis.
• Experience with platform modernization, system integration, or phased technology delivery.
• Knowledge of SDLC, platform modernization concepts, and API-enabled, cloud-aligned capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define current-state and future-state workflows across multiple workstreams.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate requirements for modern integration.
• Maintain artifacts: requirements, process flows, user stories, traceability.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, demonstrations, and UAT.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and vendors to align with architecture and governance.
