Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and deploying agentic AI workflows and intelligent automation solutions.
• Proven experience scaling AI solutions into enterprise production environments supporting hundreds or thousands of users.
• Strong technical architecture skills with hands-on development.
• Experience with Claude, Copilot, AWS Bedrock, or comparable agentic AI platforms.
• Business process discovery, process mapping, and future-state solution design experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to independently lead business stakeholder discussions.

Responsibilities

• Independently engage business leaders to understand current processes, challenges, and opportunities for automation.
• Design future-state workflows incorporating agentic AI, RPA, ETL, reporting, or other appropriate technologies.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and quickly develop working prototypes.
• Guide supporting engineers through development and delivery.
• Develop business cases demonstrating efficiency improvements and potential cost reductions.
• Help establish technical architecture, development standards, tooling, and ways of working.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on production deployment, security, scalability, and observability.
