Job summary

Inspired Infotech LLC. seeks a senior engineer to lead high-impact client engagements, owning outcomes from discovery to production AI systems and guiding a blended onshore/offshore team.

Responsibilities include architecting end-to-end AI/agentic solutions, setting engineering standards, turning patterns into reusable assets, and supporting pre-sales scoping. Strong leadership and 6–10 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of software engineering experience with significant client-facing delivery.
• Proven record of shipping production systems in ambiguous environments.
• Hands-on LLM/agentic AI development experience.
• Strong architecture skills across cloud, data and integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with client executives and users.
• Architect and build AI/agentic solutions end to end.
• Lead an FDE pod including offshore engineers.
• Set engineering standards, evaluation and security practices.
• Turn successful patterns into reusable assets.
• Support pre-sales scoping and solution design.
