Blavity, Inc. is seeking a temporary Email Marketing Coordinator to own the newsletter production schedule across Blavity, AfroTech, Travel Noire, and HealthStack.

You will manage a high-volume workflow, building 6–8 newsletters per day and ensuring strict QA and send-time discipline. The role requires hands-on Iterable expertise, the ability to interpret content performance data, and collaboration with editorial, creative, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Iterable from day one.
• Experience managing high-volume email production across multiple properties.
• Demonstrated QA discipline and ability to follow multi-step checklists.

Responsibilities

• Own 6-8 newsletter sends per day across four brands.
• Execute RSS-automated and manual builds with pre-send prep.
• Apply editorial judgment using content performance data.
• Maintain QA checklist covering copy, links, assets, suppression, and rendering.
