Job summary

Referment is seeking an associate to support the office of its senior technology leadership. The role offers a broad view across a large technology organisation and combines strategic project coordination, analytical research, executive reporting, and technology-management work.

You will partner with a chief-of-staff function and stakeholders, helping connect detailed technical activity with leadership-level decisions. This is not a hands-on engineering position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technology strategy or cross-functional role.
• Ability to prioritise and drive complex work through influence and follow-up.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Confident stakeholder management with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Help move high-priority technology initiatives forward, tracking progress, dependencies, decisions, and risks.
• Research technology and organisational questions, analyse data, and distill findings for leadership.
• Coordinate strategic work sponsored by the chief-of-staff function across teams.
• Build a clear view of technology activity for senior leaders to understand progress.
• Prepare concise reporting and briefing materials for senior stakeholders.
• Work with a varied stakeholder group to ensure actions align with priorities.
