Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking an experienced Affiliate Publisher Manager to own end-to-end publisher relationships across regulated verticals such as insurance, credit, lending, health, and personal finance.

You will manage a margin-driven book from day one, optimize performance on Tune and related tools, monitor compliance, and push proactive growth across multiple verticals. This is a remote US role with a base salary of $110k-$130k plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Four+ years managing publishers in affiliate programs.
• Own a margin or revenue number, with starting point and changes.
• Experience in at least one regulated vertical (insurance, credit, lending, health, or personal finance).
• Ability to diagnose blockers and drive cross‑team solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own publishers end to end: relationships, opportunities, scaling, results.
• Monitor margin and ensure diversification against partner risk.
• Ensure compliance, flag issues early, and drive fixes with partners.
