Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to own publishers end to end and drive margin growth across regulated verticals such as insurance, credit and personal finance.

This US remote role requires you to manage relationships, optimize performance, and ensure compliant, scalable partnerships for our growing publisher book. Base salary ranges from $110,000 to $130,000, plus a performance bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Four or more years managing publishers in affiliate programs.
• Able to name and track a margin or revenue number you owned.
• Experience in regulated verticals (insurance, credit, lending, health, or personal finance).
• Treats incomplete information as blockers and works to resolve blockers with data.

Responsibilities

• Own publishers end to end: relationships, opportunities, scaling, results.
• Manage your book's margin and track progress against targets.
• Monitor partner traffic for compliance and raise issues early with partners.
