Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to own a publisher book end to end. You will manage relationships, optimize margins, and drive incremental growth across insurance, personal finance, and related verticals.

You will monitor compliance, leverage Tune/IntegriShield/Lashback, and collaborate with partners to maximize performance. This remote US role requires sitting in a registered state and delivering results with speed and integrity.

Qualifications

• Four or more years managing publishers in affiliate.
• A margin or revenue number you personally owned and can name.
• Experience in a regulated vertical (e.g., insurance, credit, lending, health, or personal finance).
• When compliance blocks a deal, you identify blockers and work solutions with partners or internally.
• You are fluent with performance tracking platforms and can spot data issues.
• You read reports, spot growth opportunities, and take action to optimize partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage publishers end to end: relationships, opportunities, scaling and results.
• Own and track your book’s margin targets.
• Maintain a diversified book to manage risk and prevent over-reliance on a single partner.
• Monitor partner traffic for compliance and raise issues early with partners.
• Nurture ongoing partner relationships and keep them engaged.
• Share learnings weekly to improve team performance.
