Qualifications

• Four or more years managing publishers in affiliate networks or direct publisher relationships.
• Own a margin or revenue number and explain growth and changes.
• Experience in a regulated vertical such as insurance or personal finance.
• Can convert a no into actionable information and resolve blockers.
• Fluent in performance platform analytics and data integrity checks.
• Proactively optimize partner performance with data-driven actions.

Responsibilities

• Own your publishers end to end: relationships, opportunities, scaling, results.
• Maintain and grow your book margin, tracking progress against targets.
• Keep a diversified book to mitigate risks from any single partner.
• Monitor traffic compliance and raise issues early with partners.
• Nurture the partner relationship beyond reactive responses.
• Share learnings weekly and encourage continuous team improvement.
