You will manage publishers end to end, drive margin growth, ensure compliance, and expand partnerships across verticals like insurance and personal finance, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• Four or more years managing publishers in affiliate networks or directly with advertisers.
• Own a margin or revenue number you can name and track.
• Experience in a regulated vertical (insurance, credit, lending, health, or personal finance).
• Ability to handle compliance issues by identifying blockers and reshaping assets.
• Fluency with tracking platforms and data analysis; familiar with Tune, IntegriShield, Lashback.
• Proactive optimization: read reports, spot scaling opportunities, and act.

Responsibilities

• Own publishers end to end: relationships, opportunities, scaling, results.
• Manage your book margin and track progress against it.
• Diversify the book to reduce risk and handle partner fluctuations.
• Monitor partner traffic for compliance and raise issues with partners.
• Maintain warm, active relationships and share learnings across the team.
