Texas Child Psychiatry Access Network (CPAN) is seeking a Senior Administrative Associate to provide high-level administrative support within the Department of Psychiatry at Dell Medical School. The role manages calendars, communications, and meetings across CPAN, Perinatal Psychiatry Access Network (PeriPAN), and related programs.

You will coordinate scheduling, handle inquiries, prepare correspondence, and assist with onboarding and training activities.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma/GED with at least 5 year(s) of experience in supportive administrative/clerical function, including 2 years of experience at either the Administrative Assistant or the Administrative Associate level.
• Proficiency in electronic systems including, but not limited to, Google Suite, Trayt, Slack, Athena, Calendly
• Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings, trainings, and clinical coverage assignments.
• Coordinate CPAN and PeriPAN hotline schedules and COSH calendar updates.
• Triage and respond to inquiries, including provider questions and referral requests.
• Prepare routine, well-written correspondence for distribution and maintain logs and records.
• Assist with onboarding processes and materials to support new team members.
