Reporting to the Supervisor, this role trains staff, manages workload, and drives process improvements while collaborating with internal partners and external stakeholders to support child mental health access in Texas.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience coordinating or administering a program or referral workflow.
• Proficiency with electronic systems including Google Suite, Trayt, Slack, Athena/Epic, Calendly.

Responsibilities

• Lead referrals team operations, training, and workload management.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of referrals.
• Coordinate with CPAN/PeriPAN and other partners to align activities.
• Document referral activity and outcomes; support process improvements.
• Engage with providers, families, and school partners to resolve issues.
