Qualifications

• Career ASA or FSA designation required.
• 6+ years actuarial modeling and related roles in life insurance or reinsurance.
• Proficiency with actuarial projection systems (MG-ALFA) and strong Excel/Databricks skills.
• Ability to interpret complex financial models and explain key drivers to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in capital models, liability projections, asset modeling, and capital management.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead or support reinsurance and capital transactions with internal and external stakeholders, optimizing pricing and capital impact.
• Quantify deal and capital action impacts across statutory, GAAP, economic capital, and RBC.
• Develop pricing analyses and scenario testing for prospective reinsurance or financing structures.
• Collaborate with MCOE, Finance, Pricing to align modeling assumptions and capital methodologies.
• Build and enhance actuarial models to assess capital usage, ROIC, and value creation for transactions and M&A.
• Prepare presentations for senior management and communicate findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve capital efficiency through reinsurance or capital-market solutions.
