Oscar Health, a leading health insurer, is seeking a Senior Analyst, Actuarial - Reserving to join our Actuarial team. You will support valuation processes for ACA markets, establishing IBNR projections and risk adjustment accruals while analyzing performance trends for budgeting and pricing.

The role is remote with eligibility for the Atlanta, GA area and may evolve to a hybrid model. Base pay ranges from $91,660 to $120,303 per year plus benefits and bonuses.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field required.
• Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (SOA) or on track to become one.
• 3+ years of experience in a related field.

Mansioni

• Establish accruals for monthly close related to IBNR, Risk adjustment and Shared Savings deals.
• Leverage SQL and Python to expand existing frameworks and drive insights for other Actuarial teams.
• Review and submit regulatory filings.
