Job summary

Oscar Health is hiring a Senior Actuarial Analyst to join our Actuarial team. The role focuses on supporting pricing for ACA markets, preparing models and experience studies to inform pricing and strategy.

You will report to the Director, Actuarial. This is a remote position open to candidates in Dallas, TX, with potential hybrid work in the future and full benefits, including unlimited vacation and annual performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field required.
• Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (SOA) or on track to become one.
• 3+ years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Review core pricing models and plan design to inform pricing strategy.
• Contribute to regulatory filings and develop viewpoints for pricing decisions.
• Investigate drivers of observed trends and provide insights for pricing.
