Jobgether is seeking a Temporary Senior Accounts Payable Specialist based in the United States for a three-month assignment, with potential extension. The role handles daily AP operations, including invoice intake, coding, approvals, and payment preparation, while contributing to month-end close and process improvements.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of AP experience, strong GL knowledge, and advanced Excel proficiency.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive accounts payable experience.
• Experience with general ledger coding, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups.
• Experience with ERP and expense management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Process and review invoices and Concur expense reports with proper coding and approvals.
• Review AP aging, investigate overdue balances, support reconciliations and month-end close.
• Prepare domestic and international wire and ACH payments per workflows and controls.
• Identify unusual or urgent payment requests and escalate as needed.
• Serve as point of contact for vendors and Finance colleagues, resolving routine issues.
