Jobgether is partnering with a client in the United States to hire a Temporary Senior Accounts Payable Specialist for a 3-month assignment. The role requires 5–7+ years in accounts payable, strong Excel and ERP skills, and the ability to manage global payment runs.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive accounts payable experience.
• Strong understanding of general ledger coding and accruals.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups.
• Experience with ERP and expense management systems, and Concur.

Responsibilities

• Process and review invoices and expense reports with proper coding and approvals.
• Review AP aging, investigate unusual balances, and support month-end close.
• Prepare domestic and international wire/ACH payments per policies.
• Identify high-risk payments and escalate appropriately.
• Serve as a point of contact for vendors and finance colleagues; use ERP reports to identify issues and suggest improvements.
