Lyra Health is seeking a Sr. Accounting Transformation Lead to advance the company’s accounting operating model. You will partner with the SVP, Global Controller and global leaders to plan, design, and execute large-scale transformation initiatives across people, processes, and technology.

You will drive standardization, automation, and data quality, shaping financial close, record-to-report, and governance while promoting change across geographies.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA strongly preferred for public-company readiness and finance leadership.

Mansioni

• Lead accounting transformation initiatives spanning process design, data, governance, and controls.
