Capri Communities seeks an Accounting Manager to lead the multi-entity accounting function for a growing senior living portfolio. You will direct month-end close, financial reporting, intercompany eliminations, and audits, while building a capable team and strengthening internal controls.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on leadership, extensive US GAAP expertise, and a track record in complex tax reporting structures across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required and CPA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, consolidations, intercompany processes, and multi-entity reporting.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage deadlines, and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close, financial statements, and reporting across entities.
• Coordinate intercompany eliminations, reconciliations, and ownership reporting.
• Lead audits, prepare schedules, and support external auditors.
• Manage tax compliance and planning for federal/state/local filings.
• Develop controls and optimize accounting processes for scalability.
