Rocket Software is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the Corporate Accounting team. This role drives the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, supports consolidated financial reporting, audits, and systems controls.

This is a US-based remote position, aligned to Eastern Time hours, working with global teams. You will coordinate close activities, prepare financial statements, footnotes, and schedules, and ensure audit-ready documentation while supporting multi-entity consolidation and currency

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA certification.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience in corporate or public accounting.
• Hands-on month-end/quarter-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Proficient in Excel with strong analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Support close and financial reporting across key corporate workstreams.
• Assist with quarterly and annual statements, tables, footnotes, and tie-outs.
• Ensure audit-ready documentation and supporting schedules.
• Coordinate consolidation of multi-entity and multi-currency results.
• Lead monthly and quarterly close calls and track deadlines.
• Support administration of Oracle, Blackline, and Lease Accelerator.
