Qualifications

• 5+ years of client/account management experience at a digital agency.
• Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM fundamentals.
• Experience coordinating with offshore or distributed delivery teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with marketing/CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship for an assigned portfolio of accounts across SEO/SEM and web design, development, and maintenance.
• Manage campaigns and web projects end-to-end: scope, timeline, budget, and quality, coordinating with offshore teams to hit deadlines.
• Run regular client check-ins and quarterly business reviews; present performance clearly to non-technical owners.
• Identify and execute account-growth opportunities within the existing client base.
• Monitor account health, flag churn risk early, and resolve service escalations to protect retention.
• Formalize scopes of work and service agreements for accounts that lack them.
• Contribute to client-facing performance reporting tracking value and outcomes.
• Develop knowledge of priority industry verticals to speak credibly to client needs.
• Partner with leadership on process improvements and onboarding for new accounts.
