Job summary

International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF) is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, and ingredients. The role focuses on driving profitable sales growth in the North American beverage sector from a remote location, partnering with customers to shape flavor concepts and product launches.

You will manage cross-functional collaboration, lead pricing negotiations, and maintain forecasts while building strategic, long-term relationships with key accounts across the alcohol beverage segment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Biochemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in flavors, food ingredients, or related industry.
• Experience supporting beverage customers, preferably alcohol beverages.
• Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and pricing negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand strategic regional accounts in the alcohol beverage segment.
• Manage customer relationships across multiple stakeholders to drive long-term partnerships.
• Lead pricing discussions, quote management, and commercial negotiations to maximize value.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and opportunity tracking (Salesforce).
• Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Commercial teams to deliver solutions.
• Organize customer meetings, workshops, and presentations and communicate progress.
