Tastepoint by IFF is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to build and grow relationships with global customers, manage complex portfolios, and drive revenue through consultative selling. You will work remotely, based in the United States, and travel approximately 50% to support relationships, growth initiatives, and project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large, multi-site accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with key accounts across multiple locations, including global customers.
• Manage complex customer portfolios and identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts.
• Serve as trusted advisor by understanding customer objectives and growth strategies.
• Leverage product knowledge to recommend solutions addressing customer needs and deliver measurable value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences and project execution.
• Lead account planning, reviews, and long-term growth initiatives for strategic customers.
• Identify trends and competition to support business development efforts.
• Negotiate with decision-makers to maximize commercial outcomes.
