The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on coordination of Account Coordinators, ensuring renewals, data accuracy, and strong carrier relationships.

You will mentor the team, identify sales opportunities, and uphold IOA values while delivering exceptional service and compliant program administration for diverse

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience
• Active licensing is required
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational, delegation, and decision-making skills
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Client management and meeting performance requirements
• Deliver outstanding service and respond quickly
• Lead the account team with a strong work ethic
• Direct daily activities of Account Coordinators
• Identify and act on sales opportunities to grow IOA business
• Manage new business setup and data gathering
• Manage renewals and liaise with clients and carriers
• Build and improve client relationships
• Advocate for clients and carriers
• Identify and implement value-added solutions
• Compile, analyze, and report client plan performance data
• Develop and maintain carrier relationships
• Support team training and professional development
