Responsibilities

• Client management and meeting performance requirements with no liability.
• Deliver outstanding service, anticipate needs, respond quickly.
• Lead the account team with a strong work ethic.
• Direct daily activities of Account Coordinators and monitor execution.
• Identify and act on sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• Manage new business setup, data gathering, and client file creation.
• Oversee renewals, verify data, coordinate with clients and carriers.
• Build and maintain carrier relationships and improve client trust.
