Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks a Senior Account Manager – Employee Benefits to lead client service and team activities for a remote-capable role serving California, Nevada and Arizona clients, with on-site flexibility when needed.

You will oversee Account Coordinators, manage renewals and data, identify sales opportunities, and uphold IOA values and compliance across benefits administration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Active licensing required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, delegation, and decision-making skills.
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Manage book of business and meet performance requirements.
• Client Service: Deliver outstanding service and respond quickly.
• Team Leadership: Lead the account team with strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Daily Activities: Direct daily activities of Account Coordinators and monitor execution.
• Business Growth: Identify and act on sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• New Business Setup: Manage data gathering and client file creation.
• Renewal Process: Manage renewals and liaise with clients and carriers.
