Qualifications

• Active licensing required.

• High accuracy in handling large work volumes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Manage book of business and meet performance requirements with no liability.
• Deliver outstanding client service and respond quickly.
• Lead the account team and direct daily activities of Account Coordinators.
• Identify sales opportunities and contribute to business growth.
• Oversee new business setup, data gathering, and client file creation.
• Coordinate renewals and liaise with clients and carriers.
• Maintain positive carrier relationships and ensure compliance with policies.
