Qualifications

• 5+ years of account management experience or 7+ years in insurance industry.
• Active licensing required; CIC or equivalent designation preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business to support retention and growth.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the account management team.
• Maintain technical competence and industry expertise.
• Direct daily activities and workflow of the account management team.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals; renewals process and proposals.
