Ideal candidates have 5+ years in account management or 7+ years in insurance, active licensing (CIC preferred), and strong analytical and communication skills. Hybrid/remote work options are considered with travel to meet client needs.

Qualifications

5+ years of account management experience or 7+ years in the insurance industry.
Active licensing required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business.
Coordinate day-to-day admin tasks and customer service activities.
Resolve complex issues and act as subject matter expert for the team.
Monitor policy expirations, renewals, and client submissions.
Ensure data accuracy in agency systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
Communicate workload status clearly with the account team.
Drive service excellence and continuous improvement across the team.
